German SPIRIANT opens Middle East branch in DAFZA, UAE
Following an agreement signed with Dubai Airport Free Zone
Prime Platform for Business Development in the Middle East and Africa
Following an agreement with Dubai Airport Freezone ( DAFZA ), German,
SPIRIANT, LSG Sky Chefs' in-flight equipment subsidiary, a renowned provider
of equipment solutions for airlines worldwide has officially opened its
first office in the Middle East with the purpose of serving the rising
demand for enhanced inflight services in the region.
The deal, which was signed with DAFZA , came after carefully searching for a
location that would connect the Middle East and Africa with one of the
world's leading inflight service equipment providers. This expansion is
another milestone in the company's rapid development. SPIRIANT was launched
as a new brand a little more than a year ago after considering market
research findings, as well as the size and potential of this business
segment.
"It is with great pleasure that we welcome SPIRIANT to Dubai. We truly
appreciate their decision to choose DAFZA as the base for growing their
activities in our region and beyond. At the same time, we wish them the best
of luck and success in further developing their innovative business
approach, said Nasser Al Madani, Assistant Director-General of DAFZA .
Alexander Spahn, SPIRIANT's Managing Director, said: "We chose Dubai Airport
Free Zone as our first address in the Middle East based on its proximity to
our airline customers and the excellent infrastructure and business dynamics
Dubai offers."
"This strategic move will allow us to strengthen our relationship with
customers and suppliers throughout the region and participate in its overall
economic growth. It will also place us in a prime position as Middle Eastern
and African carriers implement their expansion plans, added Spahn.
