DMCC Free Zone Launches One JLT Space
The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), a free zone in the United Arab
Emirates (UAE), announced on September 9, 2015,
that its latest commercial building, One JLT, is available for lease and
will be ready for occupation in November 2015.
Located in the heart of the DMCC and within 20 minutes of the new Al Maktoum
International Airport, One JLT has 27,000
square meters of leasable area, the free zone said.
Krista Fox, Director of the DMCC, said that the project has now attracted "a
dynamic mix of retailers" and a number of
units have already been pre-leased.
The DMCC is based at Jumeirah Lakes Towers in Dubai. It offers a zero
percent personal and corporate tax rate, as well as
100 percent capital repatriation with no currency restrictions.
