Hamdan urges close coordination among government departments in 2013
Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, has
urged various government departments to ensure close coordination among
them.
Chairing yesterday’s meeting of the Dubai Executive Council, the Crown
Prince said that enhanced cooperation among the government entities will be
in the best interests of the emirate.
Taking stock of the major achievements of this year, Shaikh Hamdan called
upon the departments to build on these and make 2013 a year of greater
achievements.
The meeting reviewed the economic indices for the financial year 2012 and
the performance of the strategic sectors within the framework of the Dubai
strategic plan 2015.
He stressed the need to abide by standards and criteria for implementation
of financial plans approved to support all strategic sectors with the aim of
maintaining growth of the emirate’s overall economy and boosting its
competitiveness regionally and internationally.
